How to claim your refund

Take a clear photo of your eyelashes or eyebrows before you start, without makeup or mascara. Please make sure the date is visible in the photo's metadata.
After 12 weeks of use, take a second photo of your eyelashes or eyebrows, together with a photo of the ALL-LASH serum you used. Again, the date must be visible in the photo's metadata.
Send both sets of photos to our customer care team through our contact page, with your order number.

Your request will be reviewed and processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt.
